Lena Hung is an Accredited Immigration Law Specialist with over 20 years of experience in Immigration Law, Property Conveyancing and general areas of Corporate Law with an emphasis on Start-up Businesses, Business Sponsor Immigration and Employment Law Compliance. Within Victoria, she is one of only 53 Accredited Immigration Law Specialists.
The team working at Lena Hung & Associates is an experienced team of immigration and corporate solicitors each with many years of experience and expertise. Boasting 2 Accredited Specialists and based within the heart of the Melbourne CBD, the firm is accessible to clients looking for legal advice, guidance and assistance in both personal and business related matters.
Our firm's migration expertise extends to the training and education of Registered Migration Agents (RMAs) and Immigration Lawyers. Our firm offers OMARA approved CPDs through the associated training and education company Enriched Migration Training. The CPDs are all approved for the purposes of meeting RMA and Australian legal practitioner mandatory CPD obligations throughout each practising year.
All of our solicitors hold Australian Legal Practising Certificates and are regulated by the Victorian Legal Services Board and Commissioner (VLSB+C). Our lawyers are Members of the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV). We follow strict Solicitor's Conduct rules as according to the regulations and obligations pertaining to the Legal Profession Uniform Law and Uniform Rules. Lena Hung is the Principal of Lena Hung and Associates and is an Accredited Immigration Law Specialist based in Melbourne, an LIV qualification held by only 53 solicitors in Victoria.

She has over 20 years of professional expertise in Immigration Law and has a wealth of experience in presenting approved CPD seminars and workshops. She is the principal facilitator and presenter for Enriched Migration Training CPD programs, an organisation which has provided CPD training to hundreds of RMAs and Lawyers.
Lena has been awarded the Law Institute of Victoria’s (LIV) President’s Award for Outstanding Service in 2021 for her dedication and contributions to various LIV committees including the Migration Law Committee. Lena has also been recognised by her peers as Best Lawyers in Australia in Immigration Law for every year since 2021. In December 2025, she became a graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors, Company Directors Course (GAICD).
Keat Low
Senior Associate - Lawyer
Keat Low is a Senior Associate Lawyer with 15 years of experience in migration law. She graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce. Keat is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV) and the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA).
Keat is an Officer of the High Court of Australia and is qualified to perform Federal Litigation. Keat has experience at the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) and Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA) as well as applications for Ministerial Intervention.
Keat is experienced in all areas of immigration law, and has a passion for family related immigration matters such as Partner, Parent, Dependent Relative, Carer and Child Visas and resolving Family Violence issues for visa applicants. Her expertise also extends to Student Visas, Business Visas including Sponsorship, Employer Nomination, Business Innovation and Investment, Visitor Visas, Skilled Migration Visas, Resident Return and Citizenship applications as well as applications for Ministerial Intervention.
Dennis Shen
Senior Associate - Lawyer
Accredited Specialist Immigration Lawyer

Dennis Shen is a senior associate and LIV Accredited Specialist in Immigration lawyer practising at Lena Hung & Associates. He has practised immigration law for over 15 years. Dennis has a wealth of experience in all aspects of immigration law and has a particular interest in complicated cases such as visa cancellations, MOC waivers, character matters and merits review. He has represented clients in the Federal Court and Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia as well as in the Migration, Protection and General jurisdictions of the Administrative Review Tribunal.
Dennis is member of LIV Administrative Law and Human Rights Section, and committee member of the Migration Law Committee. He is a developer and presenter for the OMARA approved CPD provider Enriched Migration Training and has taught and mentored hundreds of lawyers and registered migration agents in migration practice. He has also been invited to present for other legal education providers such as Leo Cussen Centre for Law and the Law Institute of Victoria.
